“Everything”
Okay, so I truly despise the expression _fill-in-the-blank_ item is “everything.” Why? A) Because that’s hardly a descriptive statement. Everything? Couldn’t you say that the shoes make your soul sing? That they make your heart quicken with joy? B) Because when I hear people say something is “everything” I think of the Lauryn Hill song “Everything is everything”. But anyway, these Carven shoes—as much as I hate to admit it—really are everything.
